Clients are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

For cancellations, clients are required to provide a minimum of 12 hours notice. If adequate notice is not given, the full amount of the service will be payable before rescheduling is available.

Payments for any missed appointments must be settled before scheduling any new appointments.

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.

Hygiene & Safety

Strict hygiene and safety standards are maintained in all Beardy Beardy barbershops with all tools and equipment sanitised between every client.

No-Show Policy

Clients who do not show up for their appointments without notice will be expected to pay the full price for the missed appointment before any other appointment is given.

Punctuality

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments.

Late arrivals will not be accommodated and will be required to pay the full amount for the service performed, or for their missed appointment.
